Delete account
You can delete your Sworca account and all data stored with it at any time. There are two ways.
In the app
Open the app, go to Settings and select “Delete account”. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
By email
Send an email to support@sworca.com with the subject “Delete account” and the email address you used to sign in. We will process your request within 30 days. To prevent abuse, we confirm the deletion to the address you provide.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your shopping lists, baskets, custom products and labels
- Your settings stored on our servers
What is not deleted
- Your purchase history in the Google Play Store or App Store. This is managed by the respective provider.
- Technical error reports already submitted that are not linked to your account. These are automatically deleted after 90 days.
