Sworca User Guide
A simple personal finance calculator with multiple ledgers, notes, and currency support.
What is Sworca?
Sworca (SmartCalc) helps you track money calculations in organized ledgers (documents). Each ledger is like a separate notebook: you add dated entries with notes, see running totals, and optionally work in different currencies with FX rates.
Your data stays on your device by default. Sign in with Google only if you want sync across devices.
Getting started
- Open sworca.com in your browser (or install the mobile app when available).
- Start as Guest – no account required.
- Use the default ledger or create new files from the file manager.
- Type an amount or expression, add a note if needed, and save the entry.
Main features
- Multiple ledgers – open up to four files at once as columns/tabs.
- Dates & notes – every entry can have a date and description.
- Currency & FX – enable currency per ledger and set exchange rates.
- Bin – deleted entries go to a bin; restore or clear when needed.
- PDF export – export a ledger for sharing or archiving.
- Search – find entries quickly across the active ledger.
- Dark interface – comfortable for long sessions.
Guest vs signed in
Guest mode stores everything locally in your browser. Clearing site data will remove guest ledgers unless you have exported them.
Google sign-in (optional) copies your workspace to the cloud so you can use Sworca on another device. The first sign-in may migrate your guest data into your account.
Tips
- Long-press or use context actions on entries to edit or delete.
- Set FX rates in the currency sheet when working with multiple currencies.
- Use separate ledgers for personal, business, or project finances.
- Export important ledgers as PDF before clearing browser data.
